In the late afternoon, you will take the wheel of your luxury 4x4 and begin your adventure on the Scottish roads, heading west toward your first stop: Crossbasket Castle, a magnificent 4-star property near Glasgow.

Day 2  Glasgow - Luss - Fort William - Isle of Skye

After breakfast, you will set off early for Loch Lomond, where an exhilarating 4x4 off-road experience awaits you in one of Scotland’s most breathtaking landscapes.

A gourmet picnic lunch will be provided along the way.

In the afternoon, your journey continues toward the Isle of Skye, passing through some of the Highlands’ most iconic highlights — Glencoe, Fort William, and the mythical Eilean Donan Castle — or alternatively via the scenic ferry crossing from Mallaig. You will enjoy complete freedom to stop whenever a panorama captures your attention.

Arriving in the late afternoon, you will check in at the charming 4★ Kinloch Lodge Hotel.

The evening begins with an aperitif, followed by a refined 3-course dinner at the hotel’s Michelin-starred restaurant, a perfect end to a spectacular Highland day.

A refined picnic lunch basket will accompany you throughout the day, allowing you to pause wherever the scenery inspires you. Enjoy complete freedom to stop at panoramic viewpoints, hidden coves, and remarkable natural sites as you make your way north.

In the late afternoon, you will check in at your welcoming 4-star hotel in Durness, nestled at the edge of Scotland’s wild coastline.

The day concludes with a warm and authentic dinner in a traditional Scottish pub — the perfect way to end your first stage on the NC500, surrounded by local flavors and Highland charm.

Day 4  Durness - Inverness

Your journey begins on the northern edge of Scotland, where dramatic cliffs, white-sand beaches and raw coastal beauty set the tone. After discovering the impressive Smoo Cave and the untouched serenity of Balnakeil Bay, the road opens onto one of the most iconic stretches of the NC500 — a scenic drive of sweeping curves, lochs and mountain silhouettes leading to the majestic Kylesku Bridge.

The adventure continues south toward the haunting ruins of Ardvreck Castle and the rugged landscapes surrounding Loch Assynt. A refined picnic lunch awaits you overlooking the Highlands, with panoramic views that change with every turn of the road.

In the afternoon, you’ll cruise through Ullapool and the shimmering waters of Loch Broom before exploring the dramatic Corrieshalloch Gorge. To avoid any fast roads, the route follows a quieter, more authentic path along the Beauly Firth, through charming villages and peaceful countryside.

The day concludes gently on the tranquil shores of Loch Ness, where a warm 4-star hotel and an elegant dinner await you.

A perfect blend of elegance, freedom and pure Scottish magic — the NC500 at its very finest.

Day 5  Inverness - Cairngorms Park - Inverlochy

After breakfast, enjoy a privately guided visit of Inverness, discovering the charm and history of the Highlands’ capital.
You will then set off toward Cairngorms National Park, following the spectacular A9 road through one of Scotland’s most iconic landscapes. Your first stop brings you to Ballindalloch, before continuing to the renowned Glenlivet Distillery for a guided tour and a tasting of its celebrated local whisky.

The journey continues through the scenic Balmoral area before reaching your hotel. A gourmet picnic lunch is provided along the way.

Upon arrival, settle comfortably into the prestigious 5* Inverlochy Castle Hotel.

In the early evening, enjoy an aperitif in the most authentic Scottish tradition — jacket required — followed by a refined 5-course dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, overseen by the multi-starred chefs André and Michel Roux.

Day 6  Inverlochy - Stirling - Edinburgh

Your final day in Scotland begins in true Highland style, amidst the timeless luxury of Inverlochy Castle. After a refined breakfast, you’ll enjoy an exclusive clay shooting session on the estate — a traditional Scottish experience set against breathtaking mountain scenery.

You then take to the road one last time in your Range Rover, following a beautiful southbound route through forests, lochs and sweeping Highland valleys. As the landscapes soften and the hills open toward the Lowlands, your next stop rises proudly above the horizon: Stirling Castle, one of Scotland’s most iconic landmarks. A full visit allows you to explore centuries of royal history while enjoying panoramic views stretching across the country.

In the afternoon, a smooth and scenic drive brings you to Edinburgh International Airport, where your journey comes to a graceful close.

A final transition between elegance, adventure and tradition — the perfect conclusion to an unforgettable Scottish escape.
